It is white with 3 custom PMS colors. It is 1" tall & 2.5" wide, die cut, with a perforation between labels, & permanent (GP) adhesive. This item is sold by the case & must be re-quoted for each order. You may submit orders on the e-shop using current quote amount. Please order all other items on another PO# & eshop order number, so that they will not be delayed waiting for this custom order to be manufactured.
